The User Experience (UX) Lead oversees the design delivery of user interfaces and digital experiences.

You are a client-facing lead who assumes responsibility for steering our human-centered process design process, creating deliverables, and taking ownership of resolving issues. Leads UX direction of persona and journey definition, wireframes, interaction strategies, navigation, design systems, user research, and usability testing.

Requirements And Duties

Expert in UX practices and trends to lift usability performance.Guides key delivery process points and risk gates.Applies customer-centric and data-driven methods to achieve desired objectives.Provides strategic oversight of the design team, process, and deliverables.Lead design workshops, define design requirements, manage delivery expectations, communication, timelines, and manage hours.Assumes responsibility for the design product and takes ownership of resolving issues.Proficient with design programs such as Figma.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces.Proficient in responsive design and contemporary design trends.Proficient in design presentations and communication skills (both written and verbal).Clearly articulates thoughts on design decisions and trade-offs, and effectively presents work.Creates sketches or screen layouts to communicate direction for the visual interface components.Effectively delivers presentations for design reviews.Candidates should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes, but is not limited to, Agile Applications Development, Support, and Deployment.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $86,900-$192,460. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
