Make sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below.As the Social Media & Public Relations Specialist, you will collaborate closely with global stakeholders to support A&K’s brand presence across social media platforms. Additionally, you will assist the U.S. PR team in cultivating press contacts to maximize exposure for A&K’s products and destinations in key North American trade and consumer media outlets.

Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesSocial Media Management (70%):Execute content scheduling, daily posting, community management, and reporting across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, marketing goals and global organic social strategies.Collaborate with stakeholders to assist with the development of global social media calendars and support content creation.Provide input on briefs to highlight priority products for the U.S. market and support global initiatives.Manage trafficking of social media content and collaborate on creative reviews.Support on influencer trip arrangements.Support Guest Relations and Sales teams in managing third-party review sites, ensuring customer feedback is addressed effectively.Media Relations (30%):Own the tracking and analysis of media coverage using tools like Meltwater for the U.S. market.Support press travel coordination and logistics, ensuring smooth experiences for journalists and influencers.Assist with responding to media requests for the U.S. source markets and ensuring timely and accurate communication.Manage the PR-related content on the A&K website including press releases, photo library, and awards.Provide crisis communication support, including tracking media inquiries and monitoring social media activity.Process and track invoices.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or similar is required.At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management, particularly within a corporate or agency environment, with a proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.Experience within the travel industry, or in marketing a luxury brand, is preferred.Experience in using social media management tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Sprout Social, or similar) and analytics platforms (e.g., Meltwater, Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to track and report on performance.Special RequirementsOccasional domestic and international travel may be required.Non-business hours for company and supplier functions.On-call for Crisis Communications situations.BenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWork From HomeWellness Resources
