About the Role
As a UI/UX Designer at PropChain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our groundbreaking real estate analytics application platform. You will collaborate closely cross-functionally to deliver intuitive, user-centered designs that elevate our platform’s differentiating features. Your designs will directly influence how users engage with predictive analytics, real-time market data, and property visualizations. This is an opportunity to contribute to an innovative platform poised to disrupt the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
User-Centric Interface Design : Design clean, functional, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications tailored to the real estate analytics domain.
Prototyping & Wireframing : Develop wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows, ensuring seamless user experiences that simplify complex analytics and market insights.
Figma Expertise : Utilize Figma as the primary tool for design projects, from wireframing to prototyping, ensuring collaborative and efficient design processes.
User Research & Usability Testing : Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs, ensuring they meet user needs and align with real estate professionals’ workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with full-stack developers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate interactive data visualizations and machine learning insights into the platform, creating engaging, data-driven user experiences.
Design System Maintenance : Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all digital products while remaining flexible to accommodate new features and innovations.
Stay Ahead of Trends : Continuously research and integrate the latest trends in PropTech UI/UX design, predictive analytics, and blockchain-based transaction interfaces, driving innovation in real estate user experiences.

Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience designing for web and mobile applications, preferably in data-intensive industries.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, with a focus on data visualization, dashboard interfaces, or similar analytical platforms.
Proven ability to collaborate with development teams to bring complex features to life, from predictive analytics to interactive data visualizations.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
Familiarity with real estate platforms, market analysis tools, or PropTech innovations such as AI-driven predictive modeling and blockchain transactions.
Experience with additional design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision) and familiarity with front-end development principles.
Awareness of key PropTech trends like machine learning for property forecasts, blockchain for transaction security, and immersive property visualizations (AR/VR).
Preferred Skills and Experience
A proven track record of creating innovative solutions that improve user engagement and simplify complex data into actionable insights.
Strong background in user research, data-driven design decisions, and creating designs that enhance decision-making through intuitive interfaces.
