The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine optimization with a focus on real estate or related industries. They will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies that improve search rankings, increase web traffic, and drive lead generation.Responsibilities•Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.•Perform keyword research to identify high-potential terms relevant to the real estate industry.•Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, titles, URLs, and content structure.•Manage and optimize local SEO efforts, including Google My Business listings and local directories.•Build and maintain a high-quality backlink profile to enhance domain authority.•Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly blogs, guides, and video content.•Track and analyze website performance metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership team.•Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.Qualifications•Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, preferably in real estate or related industry.•Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.•Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.•Experience with content marketing and developing SEO-friendly content strategies.•Knowledge of local SEO tactics, especially for real estate markets.•Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.•Excellent communication and project management skills.
