Position Overview:The Kansas City Chiefs Brand Manager will develop and execute strategy and campaigns that help bring the brand to life for our fans. This position requires an innovative thinker with a passion for sports and a deep understanding of brand management. In this instrumental role, you will lead the development and execution of both brand-first campaigns and through-year merchandise initiatives. Creativity, deep understanding of the consumer (our fans), and problem-solving will be essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy Input: Work in collaboration to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the Chiefs' market position and visibility. Collaborate with senior leadership to align brand initiatives with overall organizational goals.Campaign Innovation: Lead the ideation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns and activations, leveraging digital, social media, experiential, and traditional channels to drive engagement and excitement among our audience. Recognize greatness, take calculated risk and bring campaigns to life with or without the help of external agencies.Campaign Management: Effective alignment with programming and project management, leads communication and oversight with both external agency partners and internal stakeholders.Fan-Centric Approach: Utilize insights and data to deeply understand our fans and our partner's consumers, ensuring that programing resonate with their interests, preferences, and ultimately can drive action.Cross Functional Collaboration: Promote seamless cross-functional collaboration, fostering strong connections with corporate partnerships, social media, digital marketing, creative development, community outreach, communications, and other departments to orchestrate holistic and impactful campaigns.Fan Growth: Develop initiatives to grow fandom and loyalty, creating personalized and impactful experiences that strengthen the connection between fans and the Kansas City Chiefs brand.Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling brand content, collaborating with internal and external partners to produce high-quality assets that resonate with our target audience.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals with enthusiasm, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.3+ years of experience in brand marketing, or related roles, preferably within lifestyle, sports or entertainment industries.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Creative thinker with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and solving complex marketing challenges.2+ years of experience with agency management.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Has a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation in marketing.Other details
