Summary Of ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Vice President, Marketing Operations is responsible for the oversight of property marketing performance, initiatives, and associates for the identified portfolio of multifamily properties. This role provides innovative marketing solutions that scale marketing efforts across regions and properties, leveraging Avenue5's best-in-class marketing techniques to maximize property performance and streamline support to clients and internal teams. The Associate Vice President is also responsible for identification and ownership of key department initiatives based on identified goals and areas of focus and ensuring alignment among associates on identified departmental goals and meeting established KPIs for set initiatives. Through leveraging their extensive subject matter expertise in traditional and digital marketing techniques and their understanding of the market landscapes, this role will support, guide, and provide feedback to the property marketing associates this position directly oversees as well as the operational leaders regarding the development of integrated marketing programs at a portfolio-level.

Primary Responsibilities And ObjectivesMentor, train, and grow marketing operations associates in a designated portfolioEnsure goals and expectations are met through delivering consistent and superior customer service to key stakeholdersUnderstand the client’s and company’s business objectives to ensure maximization of property marketing efforts and optimal property performanceIdentify and manage key department initiatives based on department goals and areas of focus to optimize marketing efforts for Avenue5 propertiesIdentify solutions that scale and streamline support across assigned portfolio to maximize value for our properties and create consistency across common marketing materials for clients and operators, collaborating with associates and operations leaders to implementMaintain a working knowledge of all the features, functionality and benefits that make Avenue5’s products and services superior in the multifamily property management space and work alongside the national property marketing team to elevate internal programs, where neededUnderstand the market landscapes including technology trends, competitor strengths, and weaknesses as it relates to property management and property marketingMaintain oversight of property performance at a portfolio-level and strategize on support to focus in on identified properties to elevate portfolio performance and achieve established KPIsSupport in maintaining strong client relationships to ensure that marketing support is adequate and that needs are metCollaborate with operational leaders and the property marketing team to design a customized, effective strategy for growth at all properties in the regions and/or assigned portfoliosEnsure consistency in marketing support across assigned portfolio and work alongside property marketing leadership and senior marketing manager, strategic accounts to ensure these expectations are aligned nationallySupport new business efforts and Avenue5’s growth through oversight of all RFPs for designated portfolios by collaborating with associates to ensure needs are met through consistency, optimized strategy, and deliveryPerform other duties as assigned

Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field.Seven plus years of experience in direct real estate multi-family marketing within the property management industry is requiredSeven to ten years of pre-development, lease-up and/or grand opening experience in the multi-family property management industry preferredSeven to ten years with advanced proficiency in social engagement and marketing campaign management on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest is requiredSeven to ten years of experience in websites, ILS, Craigslist, SEO, SEM, and digital data aggregators is requiredSeven to ten years of experience in Yardi Voyager Marketing module, Real Page or other equivalent system is preferredThree to five years of digital, creative, and branding agency experience is preferredThree to five years of experience in Google Drive, Google+, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords is preferredParticipation in industry groups is preferred
