The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!

This marketing Internship at Zebra will provide you with the foundation to explore and apply for Zebra's Marketing Development Program (MDP). The MDP is a two-year, full-time rotational program offering employees the opportunity to learn from experts throughout the marketing organization at our Lincolnshire, IL headquarters.

The primary responsibility of the

LATAM Channel Marketing team

is to work closely with target partners in the development and execution of channel marketing plans to address business and marketing challenges. The team is also responsible for leading the execution of activities in the region to generate demand and position the Zebra brand among partners and end-users. Such activities include tradeshows, partner's trainings, and one-to-one events with end-users.

Responsibilities:

Standardizes two processes supported by the Channel and Field Marketing team that are currently executed in different ways among the subregions. The processes are:Execution of Tradeshows: Standardize a process to execute tradeshows in LATAM. Currently, we execute several events for partners and end-users. There is an opportunity to unify the planning and execution of these events to increase efficiencies and leverage best practices.Planning Tool for Utilization of MDF: Develop a standardized tool for the utilization of MDF with partners and the communication of approved activities.The intern will need to conduct interviews to understand what is being done by each sub-region, research market best practices, and suggest processes and tools to standardize these activities.Must be able to work hybrid schedule from Miramar, FL, Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY. (3 days in office ad 2 remote days per week)

Minimum Qualifications:

Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Marketing & Business AdministrationMust have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025-December 2026Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the futureMust be able to work hybrid schedule from Miramar, FL, Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY. (3 days in office, 2 remote days per week)Preferred Qualifications:

Intermediate level of Spanish and PortugueseKnowledge of MarketingKnowledge of methodologies to standardize processesProven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiencesAbility to collaborate as part of a teamEffective verbal and written communication skills

Salary:

USD 22.00 - USD 24.00 Hourly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
