Marketing Program Specialist

position will play an important role in advancing how Zebra manages execution of programs and key projects within our global marketing programs to maximize impact for Zebra and our channel partners. The

Marketing Program Specialist

will work with Program Owners to effectively manage key marketing with initial focus on our Product Launch efforts with the possibility of extending onto programs including Channel Program evolution, Marketing Performance Management (MPM) program, and various transformation efforts under our Initiatives programs.The

Marketing Program Specialist

will also support a project lead and their cross-functional teams to achieve Zebra’s goals inside of these programs by building project plans in collaboration with the project lead and their teams, holding core project leads and teams accountable for on-time milestone and deliverable delivery, and collecting, interpreting, and delivering program feedback and status to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Gathers input from the Project Lead and project team to develop a project plan for projects of limited scope. May also assist a Project Lead in management of their projects. Can work independently on less complex projects and initiatives.Uses established tools, approaches / methodologies, and templates to guide and document the plan and communicate it to the team.Supports establishment of scope, objectives, approach, & timelines with supervision oversight.Works together with management to select team members from key stakeholder teams across Marketing and where required outside of Marketing to set timelines with supervision/oversight.Oversees the work of the project team (indirectly supervise) involving members from a wide range of disciplines.Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring program completion, i.e., project on schedule.Owns documentation of project progress to provide top-down insights on process execution to Program Owners with focus on out of bounds execution and/or performance. Executes to this by gathering status updates from the project team and interpreting those inputs to assemble a consolidated view of project status across a program and providing regular status updates to senior management.Supports coordination of deliverables and project assets to assist the project team where needed.Supports coordination of program alignment efforts such as monthly program status calls in partnership with Program Owners.Addresses obstacles minor in nature, escalates more complex issues to senior members of the team.Demonstrates a basic understanding of business processes, scope and activities impacted by supported plans.Some supervision by management is expected in this position for complex or novel problems.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree requiredPreferred Qualifications:Prefer candidate to work a hybrid schedule out of Lincolnshire, IL or other Zebra facility.Demonstrated working knowledge/experience with functions assigned (Portfolio, etc.)Intermediate to advanced communication and facilitation skills.Intermediate to advanced presentation skills. USD 58500.00 - USD 87700.00 YearlySalary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs.
