Open position in all True Media office locations including Kansas City, MO, Columbia, MO, St. Louis MO, and Minneapolis, MN; Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from homeThe Activation Strategist, Performance Media, is a key player in driving client success through effective digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of performance media channels, including Paid Search, Video, Display, Ecomm, Paid Social, SEO, and emerging platforms. The strategist will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve client goals while providing valuable insights and recommendations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

(Other duties may be assigned)Campaign Management: Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Paid Search, Video, Display, Ecomm, Paid Social, SEO, and emerging platforms.Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and provide actionable insights to clients.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop effective media strategies that align with client objectives and leverage industry best practices.Client Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure campaign success and address any challenges.Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard tools and platforms for campaign management, data analysis, and reporting.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve campaign effectiveness.Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
