About the Role:

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Marketing Specialists and collaborating with leadership to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and foster strong client relationships and engagement with our solution resources. You will play a pivotal role in positioning the company for growth by effectively communicating our unique value proposition and building a strong brand within our target market.

Your expertise in marketing and communications will be essential as you oversee various aspects of the marketing function, including brand development, demand generation, target market identification, content creation, performance analysis, and client engagement. You will work closely with our Sales, Account Management, and Clinical Services teams to ensure that our marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and contribute to revenue growth. Your ability to both strategize and execute will be instrumental in achieving our marketing goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

Building the Brand

Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication plans to enhance brand awareness and recognition among target audiences.

Drive brand awareness through a diverse range of marketing channels, including public relations, conferences, events, paid media, SEO, social media, partner marketing, webinars, and other channels to demonstrate industry thought leadership.

Develop and deploy all content including solution and resources collateral, launch materials, case studies, asset libraries, and content calendars to support client engagement, lead generation and nurturing.

Act as a collaborative partner with all external agencies, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication and alignment on campaign objectives and strategies.

Ensure all marketing, sales, and external communications are consistent with the brand identity and messaging.

Generating New Revenue

Work closely with Leadership and Sales to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to obtain new leads, nurture existing contacts, and convert leads to opportunities which will lead to achieving revenue pipeline coverage and new business revenue goals.

Successfully execute all campaigns for demand generation and ensure lead nurturing is deployed through the most effective channels and media.

Lead the end-to-end creative development process, from concept ideation to final execution.

Driving Client Engagement

Work closely with Leadership and Account Management to develop and implement strategic marketing communications and engagement plans that drive resource engagement with our clients and lead to customer satisfaction and upsell revenue goals.

Marketing Operations

Manage Digital Marketing and Technologies to ensure our use is innovative, efficient, and effective: External website, social media, videos/multimedia, webinar platforms, content/digital asset management software, CRM (HubSpot)

Maintain annual marketing budget including regular forecasting for future spend and/or shifts in spend allocation.

Develop and use KPIs, analytics, client feedback and competitive intelligence to provide actionable insights that help us achieve company goals. Recommendations that could come out of this work could include improvements to value proposition, solution framework, pricing, and promotions.

Requirements:Qualifications

Minimum

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related degree.

Minimum of 10 years in marketing with at least 3 years of experience leading a team.

Expertise in HubSpot CRM Platform.

Fluency in web analytics tools, social media applications, digital monitoring platforms, marketing automation, client relationship management and business development tools.

Experience with customer engagement marketing.

Preferred

Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related degree.

Background in at least one of the following areas: healthcare, mental and behavioral health, well-being, insurance, benefits, human resources, or employee assistance.

Other Critical Success Factors

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams (employees, consultants, agencies, content creators) to achieve company goals.

Excellent project management skills including the ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and teams.

Clear articulation of business goals behind the creation of lead generation and nurturing.

Experience in development and deployment of compelling messages for different target markets.

Willingness to embrace change and adapt strategies dynamically with continuous improvement.

Passion for new technology and tools that drive engagement and sales leads.

Proven writing and editorial skills. Outstanding command of the English language.

Experience implementing best practices and processes for revenue and profit objectives

Management experience with agency negotiations and supervision, hiring, performance reviews and compensation.

Success in creating content to drive SEO, client engagement, channel (consultant) development.
