Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.The Restaurant Marketing Director role here at Chick-fil-A is primarily responsible for serving as a key point of connection within our community and the Chick-fil-A brand. The director develops a marketing plan to ensure execution of Emotional Connections Marketing daily within the community, integration of all National Campaigns, successful promotion of new products, and engagement of our guests through social media. The Restaurant Marketing Director is responsible for budgeting and tracking marketing dollars for the purposes of stewardship.

Qualifications

Work experience, Bachelor’s Degree or pursuing a degree is preferred.

Growth-oriented: Exploring new ideas and opportunities to produce results for the CFA business.

Community-driven: Immersing in Guest needs, data, and trends to better engage the community, remain relevant, and develop emotional connections with Guests.

Digitally Fluent: Communicating with Guests, thoughtfully, through preferred social & digital platforms.

Operations-aware: Understanding business operations to apply a practical, strategic filter to all initiatives.

Passion for the CFA brand & culture, showing a willingness to learn our unique marketing strategy to drive growth.

Readiness to network and connect with Guests and the broader community, establishing deep relationships.

Analytic aptitude for leveraging store data, Guest insights, etc. to inform and strengthen marketing strategy.

An infectious attitude and ability to be a role model, serving as the positive voice of the brand.

Business marketing acumen, quickly grasping the competitive landscape, strategizing, and delivering ROI.

Roles and Responsibilities

Creating and executing a strategic marketing plan that spurs sales and brand growth for the restaurant (i.e., increase transactions, check averages, outside sales).

Analyzing Guest data, data trends, and key performance indicators to track and evolve marketing strategy.

Carrying out a Customer Relationship Management program with those who frequently engage with the catering business.

Leverage social media to increase product/service/brand awareness, engage with guests outside the restaurants, advertise onsite events.

Leading the organization and execution of staple restaurant events.

Maximize Cow appearances before and at Spirit Nights, at onsite events, at community events with portable wheel.

Managing the budget, including donation allotments and digital offers, to maintain business costs.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key influencers in the community to increase brand awareness and sales.

Compensation and Benefits

Flexible Hours: We will try to arrange your work schedule around commitments to family, friends, school, or sports teams. All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays.

Competitive Pay and Benefits: Part-time starting wage $14/hr (negotiable based upon experience); Full-time starting wage $17/hr (negotiable based upon experience).
