Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.The Senior Graphic Designer, Creative will utilize creative design talents to create show looks, client branding, and graphic design for corporate events, custom exhibit projects, & strategic conventions. They will work cross functionally to ensure the event outcome aligns with the client’s vision.
Essential Job Duties
Collaborate in the client discovery processes in order to create visually compelling graphics that align with event themes and client objectives, ensuring brand consistency
Expertise in corporate event branding, creating the look and feel of an event while maintaining the company corporate standards
Present creative ideas and solutions to internal teams and clients, maintaining a strong rationale behind design choices
Ability to handle graphic design projects from concept to execution
Knowledge of print production and large-scale format design for event materials
Follows internal graphic SOPs and design layout instructions
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the professional development of the design team
Takes initiative and problem solves design issues independently
Manages personal workload independently with little guidance from manager
Requirements
5-7+ years of experience in creative graphic design, with a focus on corporate events, custom exhibits, and branding
Proven track record working on high-profile corporate events or trade shows
Experience in creating experiential events
Required experience with the following 2D software programs:
Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Outlook, Teams) & WebEx
Windows-based design environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to work well collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to work well under pressure and demands
Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines; some night and weekend hours may be required

Ability to perform as a responsible ESOP owner by making daily decisions to benefit the client and the company
