Position: Associate Tech Designer for Apparel
The Associate Tech Designer for Apparel will use technical design skills and knowledge of the current market to improve product ratings to 4+ stars by creating and enhancing all private label products through technical design processes. Responsibilities include managing the process in Asana, daily interaction with Product Development, and coordinating all sample due dates and US fittings.
3+ years of experience in Tech Design, building private label apparel products
Knowledge in women's apparel industry
Track, log & measure all fit samples
Experience in building size scales, grade specifications, tech packs & CADs
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of US fittings
Passion for technical design & product development
Understanding the plus size market with a passion for making women feel confident is a plus
Technical flat sketch skills is a plus
Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
Knowledge in intimates, seamless, and Cut & Sew is a plus
