The Senior Digital Media Manager will serve as U.S. media strategy lead for a large consumer brand where youll design and implement comprehensive digital media strategies that align with the companys overall marketing and business objectives with a focus on enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and increasing ROI across all digital channels.

You will collaborate to manage digital agency partners to optimize the digital media strategy and performance.

For Consideration Candidates Must Have:

Minimum 8-10 years of digital marketing experience with a concentration in omnichannel digital media.Large consumer brand experience.Brand media experience paid social and social.Experienced with multimillion dollar budgets.Thrives on collaboration and working with internal partners and teammates.Experience managing agency partners and other outside vendors. U.Responsibilities:

Plan and optimize digital media strategy and campaigns including SEM, paid social, Google Ads, CTV, and YouTube, as well as online retail media network ad strategy including TikTok Shop affiliate program in partnership with media agencies.Oversee the creation and execution of the TikTok media program in collaboration with the brand team.Engage with key sales teams stakeholders to understand media needs and align retail media strategies with expectations and goals.Optimize media strategies to maximize effectiveness and achieve KPIs.Plan, measure and report on findings from the A/B testing strategy for media messaging, ad creative and ad targeting.Analyze and develop media reporting highlights from agency reporting data to analyze KPIs/benchmarks and to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of media.Collaborate with the global digital team to implement and share digital advertising practices.Stay abreast of trends across digital marketing and tools to leverage market and trend opportunities.Present on digital media topics and insights internally to company stakeholders.Collaborate with brand team to optimize media creative based on ad performance and A/B testing.Manage processing of media billing with agency and vendor partners. Monitor accuracy in invoicing from media agency partners.Collaborate with internal partners and agency partners to create landing pages focused on CRO.

Pay Details:

$90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
