The role will work directly with the other project manager and closely with the Creative Director to ensure projects stay on track, creatives have all the necessary scope and materials to design assets for our office spaces. They will be responsible for putting the project scope into the team tracker and delivering the final assets to the requestor. The project requestors could be the workplace services team, design and delivery team for the larger Real Estate and Work Place Services Organization. The individual will also work internally with the Creative team who sits under Events and Experiences within the Global Brand marketing team to ensure the creative that is being executed within our office spaces aligns to the greater brand partnering closely with the real estate creative director. The role will also work with agencies both local and within APAC to deliver digital content globally.Please rank your preferred top skill sets:Must have skills: Communication and Organizational skills, understands excel, ability to schedule meetings with google hangouts, Ability to work with multiple teams, gathering request information and organizing data in a way for the creative to digest the project scope. There are 3 graphic designers and a production manager that this project manager will support. The role will collaborate with the larger events and experience team to ensure creative implemented in our office spaces aligns to the greater Salesforce brand. The role will also work with the real estate design and delivery team to ensure that the creative standards are being implemented for our office spaces.

Updated Job DescriptionThe Creative Group at Salesforce is looking for an experienced, organized and adaptable Creative Project Manager to support our Real Estate Creative team. The Real Estate Creative team is responsible for bringing the Salesforce brand to life in our physical spaces across the globe. In this role, he/she/them will manage several projects at one time and be responsible for day-to-day oversight of creative work streams, bandwidth/capacity planning alongside fellow program team, cross-functional team alignment, and end-to-end project management from conception to delivery. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment.Responsible forssessing new project requestsIdentifying scope and missing requirementsCreating and managing associated project planMonitoring and reviewing project progressdjusting schedules and plans as neededIdentifying and resolving issues to ensure project successCoordinating all activities of the project teamEnsuring that project tasks are completed by:Scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.,)Documenting and communicating action itemsMaintaining weekly status reportsCommunicating status/project updates out to partnersccountable forll project deliverables, including reviewing accuracy and quality control of deliverables prepared by the team prior to submission to partnersPreferred Qualifications & Skills4+ years creative project management experience, preferably in a consulting or agency environmentExperience managing cross-functional teams (designers, art directors, creative directors, studio production designers, copywriters) and vendor partners (video animation, photographers, illustrators, experiential production)Experience in print, digital, and/or advertising production timelines and processExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines
