We bring experiences to the forefront of everything we do and to do that takes special people.POSITION OVERVIEWThis role spans both strategic and production work and requires a thoughtful, proactive approach. Strong time management, creative problem solving, and client relationship skills are important keys to success in this role.You will create qualifications, proposals, presentations and other deliverables daily, both print and electronic, across multiple platforms. We look for a high level of skill with InDesign, a natural graphic eye, a love of the industry and an outstanding ability to collaborate with our teaming partners, both internal and external.To be eligible for this role, you will have 0-3 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the A/E/C industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Strategy + Execution : Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services and solutions.Coordinate and work with department leaders, project managers and other technical staff to prepare proposals, statements of qualifications, brochures, presentations and other materials in alignment with brand standards and strategic messagingConsistently maintain customer relationship management (CRM) database, including incoming leads, follow-up and tracking of opportunity status

Content Creation : Assist in the development of engaging content for various platforms including social media, company website, brochures, and newsletters. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and objectives.Knowledge Management :Gain comprehensive understanding of McAdams' portfolio of work, project types and firm-wide capabilitiesConsistently maintain resume, project information in our data asset management (DAM) database

Trade Show + Event Coordination :Assist Client Experience team with planning and coordination of company events, trade shows, and webinars.Maintain trade organization conference schedules, sponsorships and other eventsAssist with the management of logistics, promotion, and follow-up activitiesCoordinate and develop new materials to support marketing activities

Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.Collaboration : Work closely with the engineering team, sales department, and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.Perform multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines

Reporting + Analysis : Track and report on marketing campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.SKILLS + EXPERIENCESEducation : Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.Experience : 0-3 years of professional marketing, preferably within the A/E/C industry. Familiarity with the proposal process (RFQ/P) is a plus.Skills : Strong communication (written, verbal, and copy-editing), organization, team-building and relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (OneNote, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Knowledge of WordPress, SEO and Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.Creativity : Ability to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns. A keen eye for design, layout, and attention to detail.Time Management : Ability to manage and organize multiple marketing efforts simultaneously, with constant attention to detailTeam Player : Ability to work collaboratively (internal and external) within a team to meet a deadlineMcAdams is an equal opportunity employer.
