Our direct client has a full-time permanent position for a Marketing Manager.Preference is Columbus, Ohio but will consider fully remote for the right candidate.All Encompassing role - This position entails immersing yourself into all facets of marketing to promote Client , drive customer acquisition, and increase brand awareness. This role will be responsible for marketing strategy, product positioning, content creation, digital presence, marketing funnel, lead generation, brand awareness and social responsibility promotions.Functions:Strategic Planning & Marketing Budget - Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companies goals & target markets; Analyze market trends, competition, & customer behavior to identify growth opportunities; Manages budget for all marketing activitiesProduct Marketing - Position SaaSproducts effectively to highlight unique features & benefits; Craft compelling messaging & value propositions; Collaborate with product teams to ensure marketing aligns with product development; Analyzises online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attributionLead Generation & Customer Acquisition - Plan and execute markeing programs to promote product adoption; Manage lead generation activities across various channels; Develop & implement strategies for attracting new potential customersContent Creation & Management - Oversee the content calendar and creation of high-quality, relevant content (blogs, whitepapers, newsletters, videos, graphics); Manage social media accounts and develop engaging online presence; Create marketing collateral to support sales & marketing effortsPerformance Analytics & Optimization - Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics; Make data drive decisions to optimize marketing strategies in Google/LinkedIn; Track and report monthly on key performance indicatorsTeam & Resource Management - Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals; Allocate resources effectively across marketing initiatives; Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignmentMarket Intelligence - Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends; Analyze competitor activities & product positioning; Gather and utilize customer insights to inform marketing strategiesEvents & Trade Shows - Organizes and supports with trade shows/conferences/eventsSkills needed:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field5-10 years of experience in B2B marketingSaaS industry experience a MUSTAutomotive or industrial industry experience - strongly preferredProven trak record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategiesStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesExperience with digital marketing tools and techniquesKnowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systemsPrevious experience in industrial markets (automotive, lighting, agriculture, energy, utilities, power, gas, etc.) preferredFamiliarity with SEO, content marketing and paid advertising strategies preferred
