The Division AVP supports the local execution of scaled marketing strategies and tactics in alignment with Division business objectives and priorities. The Division AVP works closely with the Group Marketing team to apply scaled strategies to local needs. S/he also collaborates with the Division leadership team on a regular basis to understand Division priorities and how marketing and communications activities may support their needs.What you will do in this role:Planning and Stakeholder EngagementWorks closely with local leadership to understand their Division’s strategic initiatives and business goals. S/he works closely with Group Marketing to understand how to translate scaled strategies to meet the objectives of their Division.Effectively communicates the value of marketing investments at the Division to key business leaders.Closely monitors capital projects and acquisition / divestitures within the Division and utilizes the appropriate processes to request marketing funding to support the activities.Collaborates with Physician Services Group to develop marketing and communications plans for physicians.Provides comprehensive updates of activities executed and value driven for the Division and practices to Division leaders, Division PSG Operations and local PSG Operations.Engages formally with Physician Services leadership, Division Marketing and Corporate Affairs leadership and Hospital Directors to ensure nimble adjustments are made to the activities based on the needs and shifting dynamics for each PSG practice.Marketing Strategy LocalizationLeverages marketing strategies and resources from across the company where possible to gain efficiency, but customizing as needed for each market based on service line focus, clinical strengths, community demographics, media usage, brand, and tone.Ensures adherence to Enterprise and Division brand standards in all internal and external communications and collateral.Works closely with the Digital Regional Directors to ensure alignment of digital strategies with local execution.Leads the socialization of key reports and performance metrics with Division audiences.Leadership and CollaborationPromotes a culture of sharing and collaboration across the Division. Acts as a resource for Division team members, Facility CCE colleagues, and PSG practice managers across Division, sharing best practices between sister facilities.Coordinates with Group AVP, Operations to ensure timely and effectively delivery from that team to support the Division and hospital campaign efforts.Collaborates closely with Corporate Marketing and Communications partners to support the effective and timely development of marketing messaging and creative.What qualifications you will need:Bachelor’s degree requiredMaster’s degree preferred3+ years of experience in a leadership role7+ years of experience in a related position/fieldHCA Healthcare has been recognized as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times.
