**Only qualified Brand Design Production Manager candidates located near the Dallas, TX area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***Seeking a Brand Design Production Manager who will be responsible for producing high quality and accurate brand design materials including print and digital work.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in a design, advertising or marketing agencyPossess strong strategic and problem-solving skills with a critical eye for detailExcellent communication and presentation skills and will work effectively and efficiently in a team environmentGood understanding of the production processes for digital and print media that ensures flawless transfer of design content to design executionHave a passion for and knowledge of design, technique, practice and technology as well as possess a superior work ethic, computer knowledge and experienceProficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, After Effects, Fireworks, Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Office and PowerPoint (PPT is part of Microsoft Office)Have a deep understanding of the production process for high volume output for both digital and print mediaAble to work in both a MAC and PC environmentRequires an undergraduate degree in graphic designA strong online portfolio should include work produced for real clients that has been successfully implemented in the brand design spaceMust possess a superior work ethic and be highly organized and comfortable with juggling multiple projects simultaneously.Will be highly creative, innovative and productive and have the functional and technical expertise to execute the work at a high-level. Create, edit, and enhance digital files aligned with creative briefs and Client brandDesign and modify Power Point presentationsCreate simple spot illustrations and iconographyDevelop graphic assets, i.e. wordmarks, logos, templates, digital and print collateral - Scalability) testing of brand assetsProvide light image retouching and manipulation - Prepare files for print and digital productionConduct visual researchGuide design team through the production process including pre, production and postUnderstand brand guideline importanceWill collaborate on projects with the design team to create best in class design production that is flawless.Will report to the AVP Head of Design.
