Daily Duties:
Develop, strategize, create and execute strategies that support ratings goals & initiatives for each stationDevelop sales and promotional opportunitiesStrategize annual branding plan for each station and create an on-air and online promotional calendarOversee Promotions DepartmentCollaborate with On-Air Personalities, Account Executives, Digital Director, Webmaster, and Programming DepartmentManage street teamManage third-party clients & partnersCreate on-air contest copy and contest rulesManage radio promotional budgets for on air giveaways, premiums and campaignsOversee promotions and giveaways, including fulfillment of promotions and giveawaysWorks with General Counsel on contest rulesManage and implement all marketing and promotional assetsCollaborate with senior management on various initiatives
Job Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with sales leadership, marketing, promotions, activations, and clientsExperience working with radio promotionsPrior experience leading/managing radio remotes, concerts, and eventsAbility to successfully work under tight project deadlinesComfortable in a fast-paced sales-driven work environmentProficient in MS Office applicationsMust be willing to work from our office in Los Angeles, CA

The salary range is $60,000-70,000.
