**Position Summary:**We are seeking a skilled Sign Maker/Graphic Production Specialist, at FASTSIGNS of Springfield, to manage high-quality sign production from start to finish. You will oversee manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy, collaborate across departments to meet client expectations, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:**Production Management:- Oversee daily production operations, manage schedules, and ensure deadline adherence.- Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform regular equipment maintenance.Quality Control:- Conduct quality checks on products.- Address production issues promptly and maintain quality assurance protocols.Process Improvement:- Analyze and enhance production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Inventory Management:- Manage material inventory and coordinate with procurement.Team Collaboration:- Lead and mentor production staff and foster a collaborative environment.- Assist cross departments as needed.Technical Skills:- Strong understanding of production processes and problem-solving skills.- Proficient in production management software and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
**Pre-requisites:**- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.- Comfortable working in a production environment for extended periods.- Proficient in sign-making techniques, design software, and material handling.- Strong detail orientation, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality.

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
