E thics in how you work and how you think.What’s the Role?The Product Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for our bioscience product portfolio. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, science affairs, and legal, to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the bioscience industry, a proven track record of successful product launches, and exceptional leadership skills.What you’ll do:Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. Identify market opportunities, define target audiences, and set clear goals for product growth and market penetration.Product Positioning:

Create compelling value propositions and messaging for our bioscience products. Ensure that product positioning resonates with key stakeholders, including consumers, healthcare professionals, and industry influencers.Market Research:

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis and monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Pricing Strategy:

Develop and manage pricing strategies together with finance for bioscience products to maximize profitability while remaining competitive. Analyze cost structures, market conditions, and customer willingness to pay to set optimal pricing.Channel Assortment:

Define and manage the channel assortment strategy to ensure the availability and accessibility of products in key markets. Identify and evaluate distribution channels, establish partnerships, and optimize channel performance to meet sales objectives.Launch Management:

Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including the development of launch plans, marketing collateral, and promotional activities. Give clear directions to internal teams to plan omni-channel activations to ensure successful product introductions and market entry.Sales Enablement:

Working closely with the sales team, develop and deliver training programs, sales tools, and promotional materials to support them. Equip sales representatives with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively communicate product benefits and drive sales.Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, opinion leaders, and industry partners. Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve product offerings and marketing strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with legal and science affairs, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on product development, clinical trials, and regulatory compliance. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including sales data, market share, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement. Track and report on product performance metrics, including market adoption, sales growth, and customer satisfaction, adjusting strategies as needed.What we need from you:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field. An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.7-10+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the bioscience, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.Proven track record of successful product launches and market adoption.Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, concise marketing materials.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.Strong attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.$150,000 - $180,000 a yearThe compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
