If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.The VP of Marketing will be a key member of the Business Development team, responsible for leading JobSiteCare’s marketing strategy, brand development, and customer acquisition efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding and experience in marketing operations, creative / content production management capabilities. The person in this role works closely with the SVP of Sales, VP of Business Development, CEO as well as other members of the Leadership Team to develop and execute the marketing strategies.

This is a fully remote position, however, candidates must be located within two hours from Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives, driving growth in both consumer and B2B sectors.

Brand Management: Oversee all brand initiatives, ensuring a consistent, impactful, and authentic message across all communication channels, both digital and traditional.

Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor construction, insurance and healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Leverage this information to adapt marketing strategies and ensure the company stays at the forefront of the onsite medic/telehealth innovation.

Partnership Development: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to forge strategic partnerships with industry leaders and other stakeholders.

Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on all marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Vice President or similar leadership position.

10 years' experience in leading a marketing department.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

A deep understanding of the healthcare market and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.

Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that drive engagement.

Excellent leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Physical and General Requirements:

Ability to use fine motor skills to operate computers, office equipment and/or machinery.

Visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer monitor; extensive reading.

Able to sit for several hours at a time with periodic breaks.

Able to travel overnight for business purposes – travel includes car, plane or other modes of transportation.

Residency – Must reside two hours from Denver, Colorado.
