You Will Be Successful
To be successful in this role you should possess excellent communication and project management skills, broad knowledge of industry and economic impacts and trends, and have a high level of project management experience. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable role, a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar discipline, and bring both the ability to analyze data and the ability to read trends, innovate, and creatively attract customers and succeed over the competition.

Set strategic marketing goals to enable and align with the company's goals, mission, vision, and values
Develop and activate marketing plans for multiple business units to reach KPIs
Project resource needs, prepare requests/proposals, and responsibly manage assets
Lead, inspire, develop, and manage members of the marketing department
Educate and collaborate with business partners to reach shared results
Designing and planning facilities layout
Evaluate marketing campaigns and create a culture of continuous improvement.
Proactively provide insights and recommendations based on analytics, insights, trends, and industry standards
Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
Manage cross functional projects using the RACI model
Promote the highest level of professionalism and ethics
