Location Description

Responsibilities

Post Consumer Brands is seeking an Associate Manager, Omnichannel to help build and execute data-driven marketing programs to create consideration and conversion for our brands at select retailers. Strategically partnering, planning and executing marketing campaigns with sales and retailers is a critical part of this role. Knowledge and experience with retailer marketing programs, shopper/omni/commerce marketing and retail media is necessary to provide value to the team. Proven ability to drive results. Being comfortable with data and ambiguity will be important as you are helping shape a new role.Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesShopper Marketing & Media Planning

Shopper marketing and digital media campaign planning, activation, and optimization across retail specific tactics for all grocery and pet brandsPlan retail media and marketing budgets across a wide variety of retailers, including Grocery, Dollar Channel and Pet Specialty retailersLead retail media and marketing capabilities evaluations and provide recommendations for future spend

Media Measurement

Outline measurement goals for marketing spend across retail partnersTranslate data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities and risksAssess media performance on key metrics (ROAS, iROAS, influenced sales) and communicate impact of programs to the broader organizationContinuously monitor and analyze programs, improving upon the understanding of tactic effectiveness, audiences and identifying opportunities to increase impact

Creative Strategy

Creative approach and execution for paid media across multiple channelsSupport creative process flow for retail marketing campaigns: initial requests, feedback, internal & external reviews, deployment

Strategic Collaboration

Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Strategy, Brand, Creative, Agency, Finance, Legal and within the Performance Media Digital Commerce teamUnderstand and gather Brand priorities and insights and combine with Sales/Retailer priorities and insights to customize the right marketing strategy and planPartner closely with agency to define and deliver on campaign KPIs, closely monitoring programsEducate partners on the changing landscape of digital & retail media

Working Location : HybridThis role is located at the Lakeville, MN Corporate officeTypical hybrid schedule includes 3 days in-office with remote flexibility up to 2 days a week.#LI-hybrid

Qualifications

EducationBA required. Marketing, Business or Communications preferred.ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years marketing within CPG or Retail space.Retail media planning and/or strategy experience preferredEcommerce experience preferredDigital experience on agency or client side requiredGreat attitude : realize that the energy and attitude they bring, impacts not only their performance but the performance of those around themTransparency : are direct, factual, and straight-forwardFlexibility : ask questions for greater insight, and make recommendations relative to alternatives, options or other solutionsCritical thinker with strong, proven analytical skillsDetail oriented with excellent organizational skillsExperience in multiple digital media channels, search, programmatic and social experience preferredThe ability to successfully partner with multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fluid environment while managing multiple prioritiesExcellent written, communication, and presentation skills
