Sales & Marketing Director

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in the success of Vergennes Grand Senior Living. Your ability to build strong relationships, guide families through the move-in process, and develop strategic marketing initiatives will contribute to reaching and maintaining occupancy goals.

Manager on Duty Rotation

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and families, offering guidance and support during their transition to our community.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective residents and maintain targeted occupancy levels.

Collaborate with the leadership team on community events and outreach initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.

Support prospective residents and their families with logistical aspects of the move-in process, from furniture planning to moving services.

Maintain ongoing communication with residents and families to ensure satisfaction after move-in.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing.

3-5 years’ experience in the senior living or long-term care industry.

Effective communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

A high degree of interpersonal skills to engage with diverse people and personalities.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
