Our client is a global leader in non-invasive image-guided neurosurgical treatments. They are looking for an outstanding Patient Marketing Manager to be based in Miami. The Patient Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the patient marketing program, its online presence, building an online community of patients and patient education events. Program goals will support marketing and utilization efforts for treatment centers in the US. The Patient Marketing Manager will deliver projects of high quality, on time and on budget through the effective management of timelines, people and resources. In this position, all communication with patients must be compassionate and compliant. Working with cross-functional teams, this individual will develop patient education events and execute programs to drive awareness, facilitate patient treatments, and nurture a community of people living with medical conditions. The Patient Marketing Manager will: Creatively and proactively serve as the initial point of contact for inbound requests from social media audience and from digital campaigns and assets. Participate in online conversations as voice to build brand visibility and thought leadership. Regularly develop content for social media to communicate advancements and engage users. Help translate advanced scientific and medical information to lay audiences in an informative and engaging way. Monitor online conversations to identify and analyze issues, patterns, and trends that pertain to the company, while proactively escalating issues and opportunities to appropriate teams. Establish benchmarks of successful programs and develop a reporting schedule including recommendations for improvements. Develop plans and execute patient education events, including program planning, project and task management, communications, promotion and scheduling of speakers and attendees. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure events are aligned with resources, objectives and quality requirements. Manage budget – plan to budget/notify of status. Maintain detailed timelines, project plans, and hours budgeted for project deliverables and key milestones. Communicate when these change with alternative options to deliver them on time. Juggle many tasks and have the flexibility to work within an ever-changing workload while still managing projects by effectively defining, re-evaluating and aligning with project priorities on an ongoing basis.
