American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) offers powerful backing and financial support to business clients of all sizes. The GCS US Small and Medium Enterprise (US SME) Marketing team strives to provide our customers with the world’s best customer experience every day to ensure that we are essential partners to our clients.

Your mission:

Create, optimize, and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to engage and retain existing Business Checking Account customers.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Lead email campaigns and journeys end-to-end, including strategy, copy/creative development, legal/compliance approvals, execution, and results

Own the digital membership guide experience for new customers to educate and drive successful customer onboarding

Work closely with Analytics team to understand drivers of product usage; leverage insights and data to develop new marketing strategies to drive product usage and digital engagement

Partner with Product Marketing and Product to improve how to convey value and drive product feature understanding and usage at each stage of the customer lifecycle

Build marketing strategy and channel plan to support new go-to-market feature launches

Collaborate with Marketing Automation team to translate marketing plans to execution to further our targeting & personalization capabilities

What we're looking for in you:

Minimum Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in Marketing or Product working on customer-facing collateral, especially email

Excellent project management, organization, attention to detail, and collaboration skills

Experience analyzing and reporting performance data and KPIs

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
