We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help define and create compelling experiences that empower teams to achieve more together. In this role, you will partner with passionate people to shape the direction of meetings and large events.
You will work with other designers, PMs, and engineers to create forward-thinking designs that are scenario driven and meet business goals. At the core of this role, you will identify user-centered design patterns, establish scenarios, place designs into user context and create interactions that align to those requirements.
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer that can conceptualize the big picture as well as drive detailed design development for collaboration and communications user experiences. You have a history of innovative thinking, using design to drive new ideas, and the ability to help others to make the right design decisions.

Responsibilities
Deliverworld-class interaction designs and design systems from initial concept through to shipping
Create and manage designs for multiple feature areas.
Help solve complex design problems in simple and intuitive ways, blending brand personality, visual, motion, and sound to create delightful experiences.
Create and assess design solutions based on user research data and user goals.
Produce design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces.
Work closely and constructively with product management, visual and interaction designers, editors, engineers and user researchers to iterate and deliver flawlessly.
Contribute to product planning alongside a cross-functional team.
Align with partner teams across Microsoft to achieve experiential consistency and bring unity to our features.
Frame problems holistically, set context at the right altitude, and bring alignment across disciplines to move the product forward.
Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in context of business and user goals.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to handle complex design problems and create sophisticated and elegant solutions.
Ability to multi-task on multiple features.
Effective communication/presentation skills to tell your design stories to fellow designers, developers,product management, and leadership.
Experience in interaction design, information architecture.
Experience in software design.
Proficient in Figma.
History of impacting shipping products with your work.
Graphic/visual design experience.
Ability to articulate thinking using a variety of mediums from information diagrams, wireframe flows to detailed prototypes.
Product Design IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
