All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.Be a part of an innovative team and culture…Disney Parks, Experiences and Products brings the magic of The Walt Disney Company’s powerful brands and franchises into the daily lives of families and fans around the world to create magical memories that last a lifetime!The approximate dates of this internship are January 2025 through June 2025What You Will DoAs a Marketing Strategy Intern, you will be an important member of the Latin America Consumer Direct team striving to drive visitation and revenue goals for Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disneyland Resort in California and Disney Cruise Line!Interpreting internal and external data to understand market trendsHelping research, analyze and build reports that identify business opportunitiesLeading projects that increase relevance, intent to visit and conversion to our businessCollaborating with multiple teams on the development and execution of marketing initiativesProviding strategic input on content to be used in multi-channel projects (broadcast and digital integrations, celebrity and influencers outreach, in-country promotions, etc.)Required Qualifications & SkillsPassion for the Latin America market and ConsumerAbility to multi-task and meet quick deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience building positive inter-departmental relationships to achieve resultsProficiency with project management, marketing communications and business analysisProven written and verbal business communications skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OutlookPreferred QualificationsFluent in Spanish or PortugueseOverall GPA of 3.0 or higherMBA in Marketing or Communication is a plusKnowledge of the Latin America marketEducationBe enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney InternshipJunior, Senior, or a recent graduate pursuing a degree/major in Marketing, Business or related areaEligibility Requirements & Program InformationCandidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:Be at least 18 years of agePossess unrestricted work authorizationHave not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney ProgramAdditional InformationThe approximate dates of this internship are
