Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist, POSSIBLE will be responsible for supporting omnichannel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and deliver clear, unified customer experiences across all channels for the POSSIBLE line. This position will also be responsible for implementing, developing, and managing POSSIBLE's CRM program.Functions
•Plan, test, execute, manage, and optimize POSSIBLE's email and SMS programs using various methods including A/B testing•Leverage marketing automation to drive LTV, increase retention, and enhance upsell/cross-sell opportunities•In collaboration with POSSIBLE's agencies, support marketing campaigns including, social media, paid digital and event advertising.•Align campaigns with business objectives to grow target market share, increase sales revenue, attract new customers, and execute at a tactical level for the POSSIBLE brand.•Partner closely with marketing co-workers on Standard Process brand to understand initiatives and identify opportunities to cross-promote POSSIBLE products.•Align closely with the Digital Marketing Manager's goals and objectives•Participate in all team meetings and activities•Leverage market and customer data to help the business make the best marketing decisions•Analyze and assess existing and emerging digital marketing channels and capabilities to identify areas of opportunity and/or to activate on specific business initiatives•Work closely with outside agency partners to review and approve all social and email marketing collateral•Measure and report on POSSIBLE marketing KPIs, business performance, and channel success to optimize strategyQualifications
Education:•Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business with a focus on digital marketing requiredDesired Certifications/Licenses:•Google Analytics Individual Qualification preferred•Digital Marketing Certifications preferred
Experience:•3 - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and email strategy.•Experience in managing CRM & social media programs.•Digital content creation and its use for engaging audiences.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:•Proficient with marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, Pardot, Mailchimp, and Hootsuite•Experience social media marketing and community management•Marketing Automation and CMS (Shopify)•A/B testing experience•Highly organized and efficient worker, skilled at multi-talking•Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed•Strong verbal and written communicator•Demonstrated analytical capabilities with attention to detail•Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint•Must be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
