In their role, the Marketing Operations Manager will establish a keen focus on the development and maintenance of processes designed to optimize operational efficiency around Marketing campaigns and initiatives. The Marketing Operations Manager will lead a team of dedicated Marketing Ops team members, fostering cross-functional collaboration, efficiency, professional development, and the achievement of departmental and organizational objectives. Marketing Operations will provide critical infrastructure support, empowering the wider Marketing organization to manage and execute marketing activation activities.Essential FunctionsProcess Development and Improvement: Design, implement, and continuously refine marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve workflow and resource allocation.Project Management: Manage marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use insights to drive data-informed decision-making.Content Coordination: Work closely with content creators to develop and disseminate marketing materials that resonate with practitioners, including new brand assets and educational resources.Administrative Coordination: Manage administrative functions related to marketing operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating cross-departmental efforts, and maintaining marketing calendars and documentation.Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to Marketing Operations team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Encourage professional development and continuous learning within the team.Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key trade associations, industry partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and collaborative opportunities.Operational Effectiveness: Serve as a conduit and point of contact between Marketing and Sales to strengthen collaboration, resource delivery, and execution of sales support activities.Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Experience5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within the dietary supplement or healthcare industry.Specialized Knowledge and Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.Proficiency with data and project management platforms such as PowerBI, IFS, Wrike, Salesforce, Brandfolder, and other marketing operations tools.Proficient in marketing automation tools, project management platforms, and data analytics resources.Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership and team-building competencies, with a focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated experience in relationship management with trade associations and industry stakeholders.Passion for health and wellness, with an understanding of dietary supplements and practitioner dynamics.Necessary Competencies:Communication (verbal/non-verbal)Management / Managing OthersLeadershipInterpersonalNegotiatingCollaborativeProblem SolvingPersonal Accountability / ProfessionalismProject ManagementComposureCustomer FocusPriority SettingTime ManagementPatienceTravel Requirements<20%Benefits PackageStandard Process is proud to be a top workplace.
