Location/ Schedule:
Fully remote. Candidates are required to reside within the continental United States to be considered. Candidates must be able to work EST Hours.Work Type:

$35-$50/hr. depending on experience.
Job Summary:Our client, a Fortune 100 Credit Union headquartered in Vienna, VA, is seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Designer to develop and deliver high-quality visual content across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in graphic design, web development, animation, and video production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create interactive graphics and ensure a seamless user experience, while also contributing to branding and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams to design and deliver multi-faceted creative projects, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet brand guidelines.Develop processes and procedures to streamline the creation and implementation of multimedia content.Design engaging visuals, including static and interactive graphics, using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.Produce animations and video content to support various marketing initiatives and internal communications.Utilize web development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to create and maintain interactive and responsive web elements.Develop multimedia content with a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.Contribute to brand and design campaigns with a focus on innovative and creative solutions.Manage and track projects using Asana, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.Provide regular project status updates and analytics to key stakeholders.Maintain and update content on platforms such as WordPress or other open-source content management systems (CMS).Leverage Google Analytics to track multimedia performance and recommend improvements for future projects.Requirements:
Candidates are required to be legally authorized to work in the United States without a sponsoring employer indefinitely. At this time we can only accept the following: US Citizens, GC EAD, GC Holder, TN VISA.This is a W2 contract, we can't do 1099 or C2C arrangements.Proven experience in multimedia design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools.Web development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Strong skills in animation and video production, including experience with multimedia software.Ability to create interactive graphics and multimedia experiences.Understanding of UX/UI design and its application in multimedia projects.Experience with marketing and brand campaigns, contributing to design and creative direction.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools like Asana.Experience with WordPress or other open-source content management systems.Familiarity with Google Analytics for performance tracking and optimization.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and presentations.Background in marketing or communications with a focus on design and multimedia content creation.Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
