Manager Brand Experience & Design (Graphic Design)

YOUR MISSION
Design development (inclusive of 3D renders, printed graphics, etc.) of all permanent, semi-permanent and temporary instore fixtures, store environments, pop-ups, branded shop-in-shops, trade shows, and showroom environments based upon sales and marketing strategy, budget and brand guidelines.Support the Visual Merchandising team with 3D renderings of store environments, including product and graphic placement for use in all in-store documentation (VMG, Fixture Guidelines, etc.)Drive the procurement and auditing of shop drawings or material samples as needed.Prepare briefs and redlines with comments to provide to internal partners, vendors and accounts.Ongoing market research and communication to the Brand Experience and Design team on store design and visual merchandising innovation.Manage the physical and digital library of brand guidelines, drawing packages, store information and material sample packages.All other ad-hoc projects as requested or assigned.YOUR TALENT
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture and/or Engineering or other design related field.3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering and Store Design, preferably with a sport or luxury fashion and accessories brand.Ability to understand Floor Plans and design work.Highly skilled project management capabilities.Proven cross-functional communication skills and seen as a team player.Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to work independently, adhere to tight deadlines, and multi-task.Expert level understanding of 3D design and knowledge of 3-dimensional modeling software (Auto CAD, 3D Studio Max, FormZ, & Sketch up or similar).Expert level understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (weekends or overnight works might be required).PUMA is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
