We are on the hunt for a highly skilled Senior UX Architect to revolutionize the way customers interact with our digital platforms. You will play a pivotal role in crafting seamless, intuitive digital experiences, enabling customers to effortlessly navigate their onboarding, account management, and product utilization and enhancement with Autodesk. Through collaboration across various teams, you will leverage your expertise to design meaningful solutions that simplify complex workflows and drive significant impacts across multiple business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver a seamless end-to-end personalized platform experience.Contribute to and enable the delivery of comprehensive UX deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and designs.Drive information architecture, navigation, and workflow design for products.Ensure alignment and shared understanding of information architecture goals.Influence system-level design for key Jobs to be Done across products.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficient in Product DesignExperienced with Success Metrics analysis and implementationDeep understanding of Design Systems
Industry Experience Required:
Prior experience in a role focusing on digital customer journeys, preferably within subscription model contexts.
Qualifications:
BS in Design, Information, or similar field is required.
Position Details:
This is a hybrid role with a necessity to work from our Market One office in SF.The role is Contract to Hire with a possibility for extension.
Interview Process:
1st Round: Casual meet with Hiring Manager (30 minutes)2nd Round: Portfolio review with a panel of peers (1 hour)3rd Round: Discussion with a leader in product or design (30 minutes)
