Job SummaryTo assist with the design and maintenance of corporate communications artwork and related collateral in support of products and services with consistent branding strategy that aligns with strategic goals. To provide fundamental knowledge of design programs, principles, development standards, techniques and methodologies and ability to apply them, ensuring a great user experience and alignment with the organization's overall objectives. Apply knowledge to solve a full range of moderately complex design problems. Perform moderately complex/varied tasks with moderate scope and moderate impact.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute designs layouts and visual branding in support of products and services.Participate in strategic/conceptual development meetings with clients to determine project requirements, objectives and creative directionParticipates in working closely with clients as a Trusted Advisor to develop materials that meet/exceed their needs and expectations and comply with branding, trademark and other company and industry standardsServe as creative resource on design and branding standards, vendor selection and production methods and timelinesMonitor assigned projects to ensure that goals and objectives are completed according to schedule; collaborate with project teams to ensure all business needs are metMaintain consistency of designs, ensure version controls and latest designs are published, maintains content manager and other storage systemsIncorporate and leverage best industry practices while maintaining alignment with Navy Federal goals and capabilitiesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications
