Position Overview:
The Marketing Automation Analyst is focused on optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing processes, technology, and metrics. This position serves as the backbone of a marketing department, ensuring that strategies are executed smoothly and performance is measured accurately. They bridge the gap between marketing and other departments, such as sales and IT, and oversee the marketing technology stack and workflows.

Marketing Automation Analyst
Job Summary
The Marketing Automation Analyst is focused on optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing processes, technology, and metrics. This position serves as the backbone of a marketing department, ensuring that strategies are executed smoothly, and performance is measured accurately. They will bridge the gap between marketing and other departments, such as sales and IT, and oversee the marketing technology stack and workflows.
What you’ll do as the Marketing Automation Analyst:
Manage day-to-day operations of al marketing systems including marketing and lead flow automation, CRM, data stewardship, third-party integrations, and documentation
Perform campaign development tasks, including creation of campaign canvases, emails, landing pages, sales, tools templates, and web form templates
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Oversee contracts, renewals, payments, and invoicing with all applicable vendors
Manage relationship and implementation of new automation platforms and tools
Collaborate with marketing managers to develop overarching audience segmentation strategies; build prospect lists from multiple internal and external sources
Support marketing and sales revenue goals by maintaining lead management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and assigning leads
Identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the department.
Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts
Generate regular reports and develop dashboards to track key marketing performance metrics, including campaign ROI, audience reach, and engagement metrics
What you’ll bring to the Marketing Automation Analyst role:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
6+ years of related work experience
2+ years of experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot, or other similar platforms
Strong understanding of Salesforce, Salesforce objects and lifecycle management
Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, negotiating and problem solving skills
Knowledge of the latest technologies in the marketing field
Knowledge of lead and account scoring best-practices, including demographic, behavioral, and intent signals
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and emerging trends
