INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW:

Primary job responsibilities will include designing print and electronic design deliverables for BPA managed facilities and brand development.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Edit photos, create social posts, and express a multitude of brand identities for our clientsAssist in creating brand & style guides for a variety of sports facilities, events, and programsLearn art direction over vendors with clear and concise briefsCoordinate with marketing managers and creative teams to ensure quality and brand consistencyHelp drive towards achieving key delivery datesUse SEO analysis resources and tools to audit the company's SEO practices and help re-design its SEO strategyResearch content and SEO best practices to provide recommendations for improving the company's online presenceAssist in the editing and creation of original content that captures the company's brand and unique voiceMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Recently graduated with a degree or current student working towards a degree in graphic design, marketing, digital communications or related fieldWorking knowledge with Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPointA desire to understand sports and events narrative with the ability to evoke them through graphicsHigh level of creativity, passion and integrityOrganized and able to multi-taskAbility to communicate effectively, both orally, visually and in writingPresentation skillsAn understanding of formatting articles on the webExcellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tonesAvailable 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and game daysWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Working environment is fast pacedMust be able to lift and/or move up to 15 lbs. infrequentlyWill be required to sit for extended periods of time operating a computerWorkplace environment has intermittent noise, generally moderate in nature, but can be loud at times especially during competitions and eventsExposure to heat, cold and other elements
