CDM is seeking a Senior SEM Manager who will oversee a portfolio of clients and be a part of the driving force in scaling our PPC department. You will play an integral role in growing the department's success with our team.

Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do:Oversee campaign strategy and work with Manager on advanced search tactics while establishing ongoing strategic frameworks for streamlinedDaily account management to maximize mid and high tier accountsLead media planning for new accountsCoordinate with team leadership to manage and optimize large-scale budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize investment and hit agency benchmarksManage the performance of Analyst, Coordinator, and Manager roles, including overseeing their training, development, and quality of workWork with the CSM lead to set North Star Metrics for every clientOversee campaign audits to ensure a comprehensive analysis, accurate findings, and relevant recommendations are implementedCreate and implement robust A/B testing frameworks to continuously optimize campaign performanceCreate, manage, and refine processes and best practices to engage in operational excellence for internal efficiency and ultimate client success.Develop comprehensive strategies and frameworks for struggling accounts. Ensure these strategies are aligned and implemented with CDM best practicesClearly communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure client status and performance alignmentLead the cross-team communication with the conversion rate optimization and Integration teamsMaintain regular communication with team members through 1:1 meetings and team discussions to address challenges, provide feedback, and align on goalsLead annual performance reviews for all junior team members to provide clear feedback on performance and growthSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
What We Are Looking For:
A strong command of the English language4+ years of experience in Paid Search advertisingAdvanced knowledge and in-depth experience with Google AdsExperience managing over $300K/month in paid search spend2+ years of agency experience preferred, but not requiredBenefits
