Position SummaryThe Digital Marketing Coordinator owns the optimization of USA Triathlon digital experiences. Enhancing our virtual presence, this role drives user engagement, traffic growth, and aligns our digital experiences. As a digital coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the creation and successful implementation of campaign activities across a wide range of platforms, including email and web. Responsibilities also include optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple products and systems, uploading creative and monitoring programs to make sure campaigns are running properly.
Essential Job FunctionsWork collaboratively with creative teams and stakeholders to proactively plan, execute and track campaigns, including setting objectives and creating deadlinesOversee and manage the process of creating online content, such as promotional materialsUnder the supervision of the Director/Sr. Manager, develop and update web content, including, but not limited to, SEO/SEM managementManage email campaigns, track campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends and insights. Report on website analytics and other information to stakeholders and leadershipPerform and share competitive site audits and make suggestions on how to improve our websiteGenerate website analytics and create data reports with actionable insightsDevelop and implement digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and communications and other stakeholdersIdentify new avenues for marketing and growthConduct market research to understand consumer trends and preferencesSupervisory Responsibilities

Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO best practices. Strong grasp of SEO principles and practices, including keyword researchWorking knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly in Microsoft ExcelAbility to communicate clearly both verbally and in writingStrong aesthetic sense and the ability to collaborate closely with creativesFamiliarity with website analytics tools and ability to interpret data for insights through Google AnalyticsExperience with A/B testing, usability, and website optimization techniquesUp-to-date on web development, UX trends, and emerging tech; Proficient in web technologies and CMS platformsStrong analytical thinking and organization skills. Must be highly detail-orientedAble to work both independently and as part of a team, including collaborating with other departmentsExperience with websites and content management systems is highly preferredFamiliarity with the sport of triathlon, or endurance sports, is preferred but not required.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in web development, computer science, digital marketing, or related field required.Minimum of 2 years of experienceOther
USA Triathlon offers a hybrid work schedule and requires this position to be on-site at USAT headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO at least two days per weekWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. The employee may be required to exert force to manipulate or move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
