Position Description:

KPA is looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Campaign Manager to be responsible for the development, launch, and optimization of marketing programs to drive demand for products and services in the automotive segment. These programs are built across the entire buyer's journey and are comprised of a comprehensive set of tactics including, but not limited to digital media, SEO, social media, email marketing, regional activities, and events. The Campaign Manager will work with internal and external cross-functional teams to build campaign assets, execute programs, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, and optimization for peak performance.

Align business strategies into campaign strategies to increase sales pipelineUnderstand the buyer - pain points, demographics, how they buy, and how to engage themAssist with building monthly/quarterly program content and tactics aligned to the buyer's journey/product roadmap following modern marketing best practicesHelp implement a campaign strategy balancing the need to produce immediate pipeline while also developing future demandUnderstand evolving marketing trends and channels that increase demand creation and brand awarenessLeverage expertise in full funnel (marketing and sales) capabilities, including automation, to maximize campaign impactCollaboration:

Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to create and optimize campaign strategies across digital marketing, website, social media, events, and partnershipsPartner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement/Sales to extend and amplify campaign strategies with SDRs and Account ExecutivesLeverage internal and external subject matter experts for thought leadership, compelling content, and increased campaign effectivenessDelivery:

Build, manage, and communicate monthly/quarterly campaign plansCoordinate the ongoing development of campaign contentCreate and manage email marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns, and other automated marketing journeys via HubSpot & OutreachOptimize campaign mix to maximize returnAnalyze data to monitor the success of programs and optimize activities based on resultsFindings:

Deliver campaign performance reports monthly for cross-functional visibility and discussion of what is working and how to improve performanceEnsure that the KPA brand and identity is adhered to in all program tactics and channelsStay abreast of marketing best practices to ensure programs remain cutting edgeKnowledge, Experience, Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role managing marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B technology environmentA proven track record of managing strategic, integrated marketing campaigns that make a measurable impact to lead flow, sales pipeline generation and sales bookingsStrategic marketing experience within the Automotive industry is preferredProven success in a high growth company environment, working closely with sales and product teamsStrong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skillsCreative thinker with strong oral and written communication skillsHigh degree of business acumenGood understanding of the communications process for corporate software productsAbility to combine strategic thinking with strong implementation skills - instinctively understands angles and positioningRelationship building, vendor management, and negotiating skillsLocation:

The ideal candidate for our Marketing Campaign Manager role would be local to either the Westminster, CO or Portland, OR areas and have the ability to go into the office on occasion.Compensation:

Annual Base Salary Range of 80k-110kAnnual Bonus Opportunity of 10%
