Position Description:
KPA has an immediate opening for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to develop, deploy, and manage innovative online strategies, ensuring our message is consistent and engaging. You will produce high-quality online content that engages prospects and builds brand recognition. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product, services, and sales teams.
In this position, you will be accountable for growth in website traffic, inbound lead targets, conversion, and social media engagement.
A successful candidate will be well-versed in strategic communications and managing activities such as web strategy, editorial content development, and social media management.
This position requires a hands-on individual who can take projects from concept to implementation, and the candidate should have a proven track record of developing digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of corporate website, including strategy, messaging, and lead generationWorking collaboratively with marketing, product, sales, and consulting teams on content and digital marketing strategies to optimize website traffic and lead conversion ratesExecute SEO and keyword strategiesDevelop and execute social media strategy that grows impressions and followers.Collaborate on an editorial strategy and content for KPA web properties and in thought leadership campaigns.Track campaign KPIs and build marketing reporting to monitor the effectiveness of communication activities.Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar, preferably B2B technology, environment.A track record of developing digital content strategies that demonstrate audience engagement.Experience managing websites - including working with WordPress sites, Figma mockups, and external web development teams.Experience managing and growing a social media presence.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including the ability to present concepts.Ability to combine strategic thinking with solid implementation skills - instinctive understanding of messaging and positioning.Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media.Compensation:
Annual base salary range between $80-100kBonus potential of 10% annuallyLocation:
We operate in a hybrid, remote-first work model where local candidates can go into the office for in-person collaboration, team meetings, or events. Ideally, our Digital Marketing Manager is local to our Portland office location and would have the ability to go into the office on occasion.Physical Requirements:
