Position Description:
As a Product Marketing Manager at KPA, you will work to position KPA's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) software portfolio and play a pivotal role in strengthening KPA's positioning through competitive intelligence, organizing impactful launch strategies, generating customer insights and conducting win-loss analysis. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, drive sales enablement, and gather insights to guide the product roadmap.
This role requires an experienced, strategic product marketer who can thrive while working within complex industries and has a passion for launch strategy, generating market insights, and organizing and evaluation core product marketing programs such as win/loss and competitive intelligence. The ideal candidate will bring a creative approach to messaging, campaign strategy and collaboration with sales and product.

Responsibilities:
Competitive Intelligence & Win-Loss Analysis : Conduct ongoing market research to understand the competitive landscape, identifying trends, client needs, and areas of differentiation. Develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge and oversee win-loss analysis to enhance KPA's positioning.Product Launch : Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates. Ensure seamless execution with measurable business impact.Sales Enablement : Manage a suite of sales enablement tools and collateral that empower the sales team to effectively communicate the value of KPA's compliance solutions while gathering feedback from the market to optimize materials to support sales effectiveness.Campaign Strategy & Creative Messaging : Work with the marketing team to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on driving demand and product awareness across diverse industries. Monitor and optimize campaigns based on data and ROI.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as a thought leader for the EHS compliance product suite, providing expertise to internal teams. Build and maintain relationships across departments to ensure alignment on product and market strategies.Requirements:
3+ years of product marketing experience, with 1 years in a market-facing role.Proven experience in competitive intelligence, win-loss analysis, launch strategy, messaging, and customer insights.Strong understanding of, or desire to work in, EHS compliance within industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, construction, and utilities.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strategic and creative mindset with demonstrated experience in crafting compelling product messaging.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presenting.Proficiency with productivity and reporting tools and experience in Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, Chorus, Figma, Adobe InDesign, and more.Success Criteria:
