Overview

Hello! We’re looking for a Head of Production to oversee our company production needs to ensure both Jubilee & nectar’s content is ready for successful release on their channels! As part of Jubilee’s Management team, you will lead the Production department and work collaboratively with Digital Leadership to ensure efficiency across creative and production timelines, budgets & initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital production, is highly organized, and is exceptionally efficient!

What You’ll Do

  • Acts as the glue between creative and production; ensuring strong collaboration between Jubilee Directors, Casting & Production Managers
  • Develop budgets for all production initiatives and identify creative means in which to optimize spend
  • Create, recommend & manage budgets for all Production related costs including pilots, ongoing series, and tentpole productions
  • Manage the release calendar and work cross functionally to identify any areas for channel optimization
  • Work closely with Brand Partnerships to ensure any shout-outs are baked into the release calendar and content
  • Oversee all Production processes & ensure efficiency across the teams operations
  • Act as the owner of Asana; overseeing production schedules, deadlines and assignments
  • Manage the Production Department; ensuring strong performance of Production Managers, Casting Directors and their direct reports
  • Consistently identify and track complex issues within the Production Department, while forming strong recommendations for solving them
  • Work with Leadership to create department OKR & Individual OKRs for the Production team

Who You Are

  • 5+ years working in Digital Production environments
  • High-level thinker with a strategic and personable approach to managing production
  • Experience with project management using Asana
  • Budget management experience using MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience effectively managing teams
  • Strong leadership skills and a desire to grow teams within the organization
  • A passion for and an alignment with our mission and values
