Job Description:
Assist with planning, development, and execution of paid marketing and other marketing campaignsManage and optimize campaigns to maximize campaign efficiency and effectivenessConduct A/B test on paid marketing initiatives, such as ad copy and creative, to determine campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.Develop and test against hypotheses in search of new growth vectors for viewers, creators and spenders on TwitchMonitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns with key metrics (CPC, CPA, etc.) and offer recommendations to improve efficiency.Make data-driven decisions to improve the effectiveness of key growth channels such as email, notifications, and digital marketing channels.-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Legal.
You Have
1-3 years of experience in Growth Marketing with familiarity with paid marketing preferredProficient in digital ad platforms (e.g. Meta, X, TikTok, Google Adwords, and Snapchat) and one or more analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Mode)Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
