Overview
ResponsibilitiesProvides technical and organizational support for the Director of CRM, including but not limited to, data accuracy, campaign management, system-based offer creation and oversight, test design, proofing, list generation and analytics.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for execution of all tasks related to direct mail campaigns process for the assigned properties, ensuring accurate and on-time completion. Process includes list generation, data file checks, offer load approvals, fulfillment & analysis, ensuring accurate and on-time data delivery.
Assist Director of CRM with task of implementation of strategies, at the assigned properties, relating to targeted, one-to-one relationship marketing, including loyalty program, direct and internet marketing
Provide technical guidance and support to Marketing teams in order to help gain an intimate knowledge of the customer database as it relates specifically to the creation, execution and ultimately evaluation of direct marketing programs
Understand DM requests, create and maintain SQL scripts to execute tasks in timely manner.
Understand and resolve undocumented Free Play prize exceptions.
Understand and keep up-to-date knowledge of CMP and SGA MSSQL Data Warehouse.
Ensure accuracy of Free Play promotion loads in CMP.
Provide support for data cubes, custom marketing tools and ad-hoc reporting/lists.
Works closely with the Marketing teams to understand marketing strategy and which database marketing strategies should be utilized against that strategy.
Responsible for requirement analysis, set up and analytical feedback for the Test and Control methodology to facilitate program evaluation.
Must be able to investigate and help solve data quality issues and train users as needed.
Maintain knowledge of data access techniques including any required query languages used for direct mail, database management and analysis and response tracking.
Maintain knowledge of all computer systems and applications that feed into the marketing database.
Maintain knowledge at both the property-level and corporate-level of marketing database structure, information stored on the database, customer segment counts and how customer information is stored on the database, and how customer information is interrelated. Identify developing trends in customer behavior.
Maintains the integrity of database entry standards throughout the properties and assist departments in training the established data entry standards.
Maintains professional skills by staying abreast of current technical developments and participation in developmental programs available within and outside the company.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all computer systems and applications that comprise the Player’s Club system.
Must be able to investigate and help solve data quality issues and train users as needed.
Maintains all project files for active and future Database Marketing Programs and mailings.
Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration required and at least three (3) years casino database experience required, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong industry experience of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access, required
Knowledge of multiple systems that support business objectives preferred, specifically; SQL Server, CMP, LMS, campaign management software and knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, including Excel, Word and Access.
Must be able and willing to work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
A team player with strong analytical, communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational skills are a must, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Must be available for travel on a frequent basis.
Must be detail-oriented.
Must possess excellent time management skills.
Must be able to analyze Marketing and Promotions data.
Must be able to understand basic statistical analysis.
Expert skills in Excel are preferred.
SQL query (MS SQL Server) experience required.
Proven ability to write database extract queries using SQL.
Knowledge of SAS preferred
