Growing luxury fashion and Tech Company is seeking an experienced Affiliate and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in building and managing relationships with affiliate partners and influencers. This role will involve developing and executing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations. Key Responsibilities: Affiliate Program Management: Develop and implement the affiliate marketing strategy to maximize revenue and brand exposure. Identify, recruit, and manage a diverse range of affiliate partners. Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI. Create and maintain relationships with affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand goals. Identify and engage with relevant influencers across various platforms. Negotiate contracts and manage influencer relationships to ensure successful collaborations. Track and report on influencer campaign performance and ROI. Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Collaborate with other marketing teams to integrate affiliate and influencer strategies into broader marketing initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates and influencers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms. Conduct regular analysis of affiliate and influencer performance metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in affiliate and influencer marketing. Proven track record of managing successful affiliate and influencer campaigns. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools (e.g., ShareASale, Impact, etc.). Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
