We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable personal assistant for a top YouTube creator, you will be serving as the point of contact for all day to day and personal support to them. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and can manage various administrative, creative, and strategic tasks. The ideal candidate will bring both a strong understanding of digital media and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and manage daily schedules, meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Ensure all commitments are tracked, reminders are set, and priorities are communicated effectively.Communication Management: Draft, edit, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the creator, maintaining professionalism. Can handle confidential and sensitive materials and information in a confidential manner.Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance as needed, which may include organizing errands, managing personal appointments, and handling miscellaneous tasks.Expense Management: Track and manage expenses, process reimbursements, and prepare expense reports in accordance with company policies.Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company or client events, including logistical arrangements such as venues, catering, and travel.Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring effective communication of outcomes and responsibilities.Confidentiality: Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar support role, ideally with experience in digital media, PR, or social media.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.Flexibility in availability; occasional weekend or after-hours work may be required.Required to live in or relocate to Los Angeles, CA.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace suite of products (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets & Docs).Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).Exhibits a calm, confident, and professional presence, even under pressure.Ability to build strong working relationships with team members, clients, and external partners.
