Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Artist Ops Assistant

to work closely with a globally recognized music group. This role involves providing both personal support and production assistance, ensuring smooth operations in all of the artist's appearances and events. The ideal candidate is service-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Transportation and Travel Support: Arrange and coordinate transportation for group members. Assist with managing luggage, and handling equipment during travel. Travel alongside members to provide on-the-ground support for events, tours, and appearances. Studio and Set Support: Be present at studios, on set, and during rehearsals to assist with members’ needs. Run errands as needed, ensuring members’ comfort and readiness for sessions or shoots. Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and manage personal and professional appointments, meetings, and commitments. Maintain an up-to-date calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of personal and professional obligations. Errands and Personal Tasks: Handle personal errands, from shopping to last-minute requests. Support members with day-to-day tasks to keep them focused on their professional commitments. Deliverables and Coordination: Gather required materials and follow up on deliverables from other teams Serve as the point of contact for on-the-ground production needs.

Qualifications: Prior experience as a personal assistant or PA, preferably in entertainment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in all situations. Flexible and able to travel extensively, including internationally. Understanding of cultural sensitivity and global travel dynamics. A “no job is too big or too small” mentality. Physically capable of handling luggage and equipment (up to 40 lbs).
