We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable personal assistant for a top YouTube creator, you will be serving as the point of contact for all day to day and personal support to them. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and can manage various administrative, creative, and strategic tasks. The ideal candidate will bring both a strong understanding of digital media and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and manage daily schedules, meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Ensure all commitments are tracked, reminders are set, and priorities are communicated effectively.
  • Communication Management: Draft, edit, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the creator, maintaining professionalism. Can handle confidential and sensitive materials and information in a confidential manner.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance as needed, which may include organizing errands, managing personal appointments, and handling miscellaneous tasks.
  • Expense Management: Track and manage expenses, process reimbursements, and prepare expense reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company or client events, including logistical arrangements such as venues, catering, and travel.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring effective communication of outcomes and responsibilities.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar support role, ideally with experience in digital media, PR, or social media.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Flexibility in availability; occasional weekend or after-hours work may be required.
  • Required to live in or relocate to Los Angeles, CA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace suite of products (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets & Docs).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Exhibits a calm, confident, and professional presence, even under pressure.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with team members, clients, and external partners.
